Выбери себе один проверенный источник для скачивания, одного конкретного репакера, и не нервничай из-за пустяков. Крак для игры или программы — это в любом случае стороннее вмешательство в нормальный сертифицированный процесс, и ни один антивирус не признает подобный пиратский софт безопасным исключением. А гарантий, что кроме необходимого кода туда не добавлено ещё чего-нибудь никто тебе не даст, причём это сделать могут на любом этапе, как производитель кряка, так и репакер, и даже те, кто выкладывает релиз на различные ресурсы.
В альтернативе или много денег, или антипиратский софт, который может нагружать железо ещё покруче вируса.
Вирусы есть конечно, и это далеко не только шифровальщики файлов и порнобаннеры-вымогатели, можешь лёгкий майнер словить, который будет незначительно нагружать железо незаметно для тебя во время игр, можешь ещё что-нибудь. Те, кто считает, что вирусы для домохозяек, могут понятия не иметь, что их комп часть ботнета и ждёт команды, чтобы в один день начать заваливать запросами пентагон, или что их пароли давно выложены на чёрном рынке, просто их ещё никто не купил и не использовал.
Сейчас и сама винда слишком любопытная (даже не ломаная), и расширения для бразеров слишком много прав требуют, и софта разного ломаного у тебя, уверен, как минимум десятка, так что на этом фоне игры вряд ли чем-то способны ухудшить ситуацию. Просто делай периодически резервную копию важных данных на внешний диск и дыши свободно.
