I’ve been unable to refresh apps over wifi for a very long time.
The latest update to altserver and altstore did not fix it.
I can only refresh with a phone plugged into my PC.
Windows 11 22624.1391 (beta channel)
Windows firewall disabled
Altserver version 1.6.1.0
Altstore version 1.6.1
iTunes version 12.12.7.1
my iPhone 7 Plus is trusted on my PC
Bonjour service is running
Logged into iCloud
Sync over Wi-Fi enabled.
Is there anything else I could try?

Altstore 1.6.2 Still fails on remote refresh. With a cable works though.

I guess I’ll have to start looking for an alternative. This inability of remotely refreshing is starting to be really annoying.

I also encountered it, the device is Apple 12, the latest system
In the same situation, being on the same network, it is not possible to refresh signatures wirelessly

What you can try is just relaunching AltServer. We are always looking at potential reasons this stops being able to communicate, but if you restart the server itself that sometimes unfreezes the state it may be in.

Fix for “There is no provisioning profile with the requested identifier on this team” error on AltStore
Using AltStore and getting the following error message when trying to refresh the apps: “There is no provisioning profile with the requested identifier on this team”? Well, if you are getting the same error, don’t panic and more importantly, don’t remove any apps including the AltStore itself from your iPhone. Follow the simple steps I shared below to get the “There is no provisioning profile with the requested identifier on this team” error fixed. I have tested on my own iPhone and it worked.
If this is your first time installing AltStore to your iPhone or iPad, follow this guide instead: Detailed guide to install AltServer and AltStore at JILAXZONE.
Here’s how to fix AltStore error “There is no provisioning profile with the requested identifier on this team”
This exercise requires a computer with AltServer installed – even if you are using SideStore.
1) Run AltServer
On your computer, run AltServer (on Windows, search for “AltServer” on the search bar and double click on AltServer to run it).
2) Update AltServer to the latest
Once AltServer is up and running, update AltServer to the latest version by clicking on the AltServer icon, then click on “Check for Updates”. If found new update, follow the steps to install new AltServer. If you are already using the latest AltServer, then proceed to the next step.
3) Plug your iPhone to the computer
Connect your iPhone to the computer running AltServer. To make it easy, this time plug using the cable, although you have setup Wi-Fi sync.

4) Install AltStore
Although you have already AltStore installed on your iPhone currently, still you need to do this step. Ensure your iPhone is unlocked and turned on.
Once you plugged in your iPhone, then on your computer, click on the AltServer icon, then click on “Install AltStore” then click on your iPhone.
5) Wait for AltStore to be installed
AltStore will be reinstalled on your iPhone, wait until you get the “Installation Succeeded” notification on your computer.
6) Refresh your apps.
a) On your iPhone, open AltStore and go to My Apps tab.
b) Tap on “Refresh All” to refresh all of your sideloaded apps, including AltStore itself.
That’s it. If you follow the steps above, you should now be able to refresh all of your sideloaded apps.
Bring it all together
By doing the steps above, you don’t need to delete / remove your AltStore and all your sideloaded apps. Enjoy sideloading! In case you encountered any difficulties and/or have queries, don’t hesitate to put your queries or thoughts on the comment section down below. I’ll be happy to assist.

AltStore 1.6.2b — «No Provisioning Profile. » Fix (Patreon)
As you may have noticed, yesterday there was a server-side change made by Apple resulting in a “there is no provisioning profile with the requested identifier on this team” error message when refreshing apps.
This beta is just a quick update to address the issue, and you should now be able to refresh, sideload, and otherwise use AltStore normally. If you still experience issues with any of these, please let us know right away. We apologize for the inconvenience with using AltStore and your patience is very much appreciated.
⚠️ Please be sure to follow these instructions to update AltStore:
You can’t update to this beta normally. Instead, you will need to manually update AltStore by reinstalling with the attached AltServer beta.
To update AltServer, download the appropriate AltServer attachment for your computer. Windows users, make sure to uninstall previous versions first before installing this one so that AltServer updates correctly.
Once you’ve updated AltServer, just click “Install AltStore” to manually update AltStore to the new version.

Im still having the error
it installs the old version still with this zip for me. 1.6.1
I don’t know if I am making a mistake… I downloaded the file on my PC. Restarted the PC and clicked on the �� button on the task bar in order to “install alstore” on my phone (without deleting the app) and it got updated but I kept receiving the error. I have wsp sideloaded but I mistakenly deleted it when I was trying to refresh it because I thought it was an error. Now I need the WhatsApp but I can not install it because of the error. Please help.

I would first check to make sure all the versions are correct. Make sure to completely uninstall AltServer from your PC. Then, install the beta AltServer provided in the zip file. After that, choose «Install AltStore» and make sure the version that installs is 1.6.2b (you can view the version number at the bottom of the settings tab)
I did the steps exactly, uninstalled installed the zip, installed alt store and it put 1.6.1 and still says provision error its not just me having this issue
There is no update for AltServer — the download is just provided to make sure you use the most recent version, which will allow you to install the new version of AltStore
Did that. Even uninstalled the app from the phone as well. Getting the same error.
Ok. I updated it and I got the 1.6.1.0 version. How do I switch to the newest version? Because I updated and followed the computer and your instructions in order to get the latest version but I keep getting the previous.
And the app says “no updates available “ so apparently that is the latest version.

Your AltServer version should be 1.6.1.1 — Please make sure you have deleted previous versions off of your device and close other instances in your task bar.

This is what I did: uninstall altstore, install new one, install it on phone, open app then install the Altstore beta that’s on there, new app should pop up on Home Screen. Go there to refresh apps
To be clear the versions should match the following: AltServer (Windows) — 1.6.1.1 AltServer (macOS) — 1.6rc AltStore — 1.6.2b

Worked after a struggle. I had to uninstall the app from my phone too, had to re-link patreon and icloud account and then I got 1.6.2b on my phone, which allowed for the fix.
Delete your currently installed AltStore from your computer and restart the computer. Also, delete the AltStore from your phone. Install Beta Version of the AltStore from this post, start the server and install AltStore on your phone, you are going to get beta version of the store installed on your phone, and it is going to start working again.
Amanda & Aphrodite, I was having that issue and I noticed that even though I uninstalled the altserver and reinstalled the one from the ZIP, the old version was still running in the tray somehow. Try closing the app in the tray and reopening after installing the new one, worked for me.

(Altstore Beta/Mac version) Hello, R+S. After opening the zipfile from the attachment of this post and clicking on «Get Info» for the Alt Store App, I see «1.6rc» instead of «1.6.2b». I’m wondering if this is the correct version or not. Also, do I need to reinstall the mail-plug in?
Is this a (x86) or 64 bit program I ran uninstall with Obit uninstalled app but I still see AltStore in the Program files (x86) program file so what the hell is going on. And when I go to control panel programs it’s not listed there. Would be nice if I could send u some screen shots

Also shows that it was installed on 2/20/23 but no way to uninstall it version 1.6.1.0 can I just delete the files reboot and try again this is getting to be a fracking mess
I don’t know how to help you but here’s a word of advice. Edit/Delete your comments. It’s really annoying looking for a solution for this problem when most of the responses are from a dude named «Kevin» who’s spamming up the comments section. Also, show some patience. I’m sure R + S will address the issue soon

WTF deleted the atlstore file x86 tried to install the new downloaded file from today and it installed version 1.6.0.0 said there was an update but I get the same bs install package 1_6_1. msi from temp location

took me almost an hour but i uninstalled all altserver from my windows downloaded this link did the same on my ipad reinstalled both altstore and delta the app im tryna use and everything works im running version 1.6.11

I completely uninstalled altserver on my desktop then tried to manually update by reinstalling altstore but had not luck. So I uninstalled altstore on my iphone to try again. Reinstalled both the server and store but am still getting a provisioning error when I try to install the altstore beta :(. My systems are: iPhone 12 pro on ios 16.3, and a windows 10 pc edit: uninstalling everything everywhere, restarting both phone and computer then reinstalling seems to have done it. Was not painless but I got there eventually

If its windows, uninstall alt server from your pc first, once uninstalled, run the beta version and install it. Once it is installed update it. Before run alstore again restart the pc and check on control panel program features that all alt servers only has one instance, in case it has more than one delete all but the 1.6.1

I keep getting an error message when I try to deactivate the non beta one. Also I downloaded the beta Delta app too and now all of my saved games from my older delta app don’t transfer when I load it up on the beta…is there a way to be able to load all of my game data from the older Delta app on to the newer delta beta?
As instructed, download beta, uninstall AltServer, install beta, uninstall AltStore on phone, install AltStore via beta, refresh apps
Uninstalled altserver then re-installed via this zip file. Uninstalled it on my phone, restarted, unplugged phone from computer, restarted, re-trusted computer. Then reinstall on phone via updated altserver (from this zip). Had to do it twice. Installed the Beta from Altstore. Hope this helps.
Great instructions. Clicking on an old instance is why I think I had to do it over.

This worked exactly as described, thank you. Will Altstore still work if I update to 13.3.1? I am currently on the iOS that was installed when I got the phone which is 16.0.2, should I even update? I know some things aren’t always available on the latest IOS

okay, I’ll show you how to apply it simply. Turn your phone or iPad off and on, delete the previous version of altstore and reinstall it. (All computer and device!!) If your device indicates that altstore is now installed successfully as a beta version, you have completed the process. Its end of a two-hour period of tedious work.

I spent most of yesterday trying to update Altstore on my PC, has NOT GONE WELL I tried to uninstall old version and install the new update more times then I can count. After running iObit uninstaller Altstore is still showing in AppData x86 Version 1.6.0.0. Every time I try and update it keeps asking for 1_6_1.msi in a temp file. BUT there is no file. I tried this on my other pc and older dell running Win 10 and the same thing happened on that PC. So what the Hell is going on with the update and how do I fix it before my 7 days runs out. I sure could use some help with this as a Beta Member. Is there any way to post some screen shots? I even tried deleting the Alstore file in AppDate x86 and that did not work either. So can you help me fix this problem.

You must reinstall AltStore by using the AltServer GUI itself. You can’t update from within the app.
Help me i tried to install some apps but everything just loads forever and then fails to download but still uses an app ID now i have only 2 for the week and can’t download the app that i wanted, that app was the reason i even paid for this yet i get a non functioning product.
I think the developer gave us a wrong version of Windows Altserver. The beta one is 1.6.1.1 and the public one is 1.6.1. but twitter said it’s already 1.6.2
Worked for me on IOS13.3 iPhone 11 Pro. I had Altstore 1.5.0.5 installed. I didn’t update through the link on this page. I»updated through the altstore application on my PC via the «check for updates» button then deleted the old altstore off my phone and sideloaded the 16.2 version onto my phone.. I should be able to sideload as normal now. Please note if you are in the UK clocks have went forward so adjust your time on PC and phone to avoid errors. hope this helps out some of you guys.
Is there a complete new AltStore that fixes the “no provisioning profile…” message? Or do I have to have the beta version for it to work properly. Also, if that’s the case can I delete the beta version so I can make room for other stuff? Thank you!
I was wondering if anyone may be able to help… when I go to install the newest beta (actually ANY version) I get this error.. Any idea? ‘ The file ‘ _0091362EGDF34FB487F2DDDBF9511B8A’ cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file ‘ 5AEFE2ACA6112E0599D5D78615B68CA’. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.’
So I updated the AltStore to 1.6.3 and now my Delta and DolphinIOS Apps don’t refresh correctly. What do I do? I tried reinstalling AltStore twice already and it hasn’t worked

- iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 15.5
- AltStore 1.6.1 installed from AltServer 1.6
Summary
When attempting to refresh or install apps from a repository/IPA from my phone, I receive the following error: There is no provisioning profile with the requested identifier on this team . I noticed on the error codes page, there is an entry for this error, but it’s just a placeholder. Refreshing the AltStore from AltStore itself on the phone also fails with the same error.
What I’ve Tried
I have tried reinstalling AltStore from AltServer and this performs successfully both if the store is already on the phone and if it has been deleted. Even after doing so, however, the issue persists.
