Быстрая как молния

Программа RadiAnt DICOM Viewer была разработана с целью максимально эффективного использования ресурсов. Она может работать на многопроцессорных и многоядерных системах с большим количеством гигабайт оперативной памяти, и в то же время способна полноценно функционировать на старых одноядерных машинах всего лишь с 1 ГБ оперативной памяти.

64-разрядная версия предназначена для современных систем, с возможностью хранения всех открытых изображений, в случае необходимости, в более чем 4 ГБ оперативной памяти. Асинхронное чтение позволяет просматривать и обрабатывать изображения уже в процессе их открытия.

Сравнивайте различные серии или исследования

С целью сравнения, результаты нескольких серий одного и того же исследования, или же нескольких отдельных исследований, могут быть одновременно открыты в одном и том же окне либо в разных окнах.

Серии, состоящие из изображений, которые были получены в одной плоскости (например, изображения результатов Компьютерной томографии, полученные до и после введения контрастного вещества), по умолчанию автоматически синхронизируются.

При просмотре серий с изображениями в различных проекциях (например, результатов исследования Магнитно-резонансной томографии), отображаются линии перекрёстных ссылок — для наилучшей корреляции анатомических данных.

Поиск и загрузка исследований из мест размещения PACS

Функция клиента в PACS (Система архивации и передачи изображений) позволяет Radiant DICOM Viewer запрашивать и получать исследования с других хостов PACS.

Изображение визуализируется постепенно для обеспечения плавности операций даже на медленных компьютерах.

Совмещение изображений ПЭТ-КТ

Совместите изображение ПЭТ со снимком КТ для локализации областей с повышенными показателями захвата ФДГ (фтордезоксиглюкозы) и выявления возможных анатомических изменений в таких областях.

Используйте инструмент Эллипс для измерения максимальных, минимальных и средних значений стандартизованного показателя захвата в конкретной области (значение стандартизованного показателя захвата рассчитывается по массе тела).

Совмещение изображений может быть применено и к другим модальностям изображений, таким, как Магнитно-резонансная томография. К примеру, диффузионно-взвешенные изображения (DWI) могут совмещаться с Т1 и Т2-взвешенными снимками.

Цифровая субтракционная ангиография

Методика цифровой субтракционной ангиографии (DSA) может быть применена при рентгеноскопии серии (XA) для лучшей визуализации кровеносных сосудов.

Предконтрастное изображение (так называемая маска) вычитается из последующих изображений, в которых артерии/вены заполнены контрастом. Это позволяет удалить из конечного изображения костные или плотные участки мягких тканей.

Функция автоматического переключения пикселей позволяет автоматически откорректировать выравнивание маски и живого изображения, просто выбрав интересующую область.

Кривые «время-интенсивность»

Radiant DICOM Viewer позволяет визуализировать расширение очагов поражения (например, в МРТ молочных желез) путем построения кривых «время-интенсивность» (TIC).

Можно получить различные типы кривых: Ia — прямая (интенсивность сигнала продолжает увеличиваться в течение всего динамического периода), Ib — изогнутая (кривая времени-интенсивности сигнала уплощена в конце послеконтрастного периода), II — плато (плато интенсивности сигнала в промежуточном и позднем послеконтрастных периодах) или III — размывание (интенсивность сигнала уменьшается (размывается) в промежуточном послеконтрастном периоде).

Поддержка многоточечных касаний

• Нажмите на изображение одним пальцем и переместите его для просмотра последовательно отображаемых изображений серии.
• Для увеличения или уменьшения масштаба коснитесь двух точек на изображении, а затем сведите пальцы или разведите пальцы. Перетащите изображение с двумя пальцами, чтобы переместить его и показать невидимые части увеличенного изображения.

RadiAnt DICOM Viewer

RadiAnt DICOM Viewer can export opened images or series to the following formats:

• MP4 (movie) — available on Windows 7 and newer systems

Basic export

Click Export tool button or use Ctrl + E to show the export window.

The export window will be opened so you can choose the destination format and source images:

• Current image (image displayed in active panel)

• Current series (all images displayed in active panel)

• All opened series (all series visible in the series preview bar)

Click Export to browse for the destination folder.

After clicking OK , the process will start.

The progress of the export will be shown on the status bar.

Advanced export

For advanced settings click More options before starting the export.

Additional controls will become visible (some may be inactive, depending on the destination file format).

Folder — click «Choose folder» to browse for the destination folder.

Filename prefix — a string that will precede each exported file’s name.

Show in Explorer after export — exported images will be opened in File Explorer after the operation is completed.

• Default (1:1) — the size of the exported image will exactly match the source image in DICOM file.

• Current size — the size of the exported image will be exactly as seen in the panel.

• Fit to — the size of the exported image can be chosen from the list of dimensions or set to custom values.

• Full — all annotations will be visible in exported images.

• Basic (anonymous) — patient name and ID will be hidden.

• Disabled — no annotations will be visible in exported images.

JPEG/Movie Quality — move the slider left to reduce the destination file size (worse quality), or right for larger destination files (better quality).

Frame rate (available only for WMV/MP4 export)

• Default — the destination movie frame rate will match the source DICOM image default frame rate.

• Custom — the frame rate can be set to custom value.

DICOM to DICOM export

Source files are copied directly to the destination folder when DICOM is chosen as destination format.

Export to DICOM files is unavailable for secondary images obtained with the use of either MPR (Multiplanar Reconstruction), Fusion, or TIC (Time-intensity curve) tools.
